The game is free to play. You may read the questions aloud at parties, sleepovers, classrooms, team meetings and family gatherings without asking permission and without paying anything.
The questions on this site were written for it and are protected by copyright. You may not copy the decks wholesale and publish them on another website, in an app, or in a printed product for sale. Quoting a handful of questions with a link back is fine.
Decks are written for different audiences. Some, such as Family and Kids, are completely clean. Others, such as Dirty and Bachelorette, are written for adults, though nothing on this site is explicit. It is up to you to choose a deck that suits the room you are in, and to let anyone pass on a question they do not want to answer.
Some people play this game with alcohol. This site does not encourage that and every deck works without it. If you do play that way, drink responsibly and never pressure anyone.
The site is provided as it is. While every effort is made to keep it working and available, no guarantee is given that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
This is a party game. Nothing on this site is advice of any kind, and no responsibility is accepted for anything that follows from playing it.
